Kenyan runners Geoffrey Kirui and Edna Kiplagat each finished first in the men's and women's divisions at the 121st edition of the Boston Marathon this morning. With a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 37 seconds, Kirui held off American Olympian Galen Rupp by 21 seconds and Japan's Suguru Osako by another 30.
